Shipping charges are based on the order subtotal:

Orders under $50: $6.49 shipping
Orders of $50 or more: Free shipping

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not normally processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays. Processing times may be longer during sales, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Shipping Times

After your order has been processed, delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, and other circumstances outside our control.

Estimated delivery times are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If you realize that your shipping information is incorrect, please contact us immediately at contact@yumapotemoplat.com. We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier, Yumapotemo Plat LLC cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.
